From Good Visuals to Real Customer Acquisition Fat Koh Peranakan Resto came to us with a simple but important question: “Can we bring in more new customers from our already well-designed Instagram?” While their content was visually appealing, it lacked the strategic direction needed to turn attention into actual visits. We saw the opportunity to go beyond aesthetics and build a content system that sells the full dining experience.
We transformed the content into a multi-layered visual narrative — not just showing food, but everything behind it. Expanding the Visual Direction We redefined the content approach into three core pillars: The Food presented as part of a larger experience, not the only focus. Behind the Food, We brought forward: the cooking process, the craftsmanship in the kitchen, the human element behind each dish, this adds authenticity and builds trust. The Ambience, we captured: The warmth of the dining space, group interactions and shared moments, the energy of a full table. Together, these create a complete sensory experience, even through a screen.
